What is the Loon Factory Radar?

We use four rings with the following semantics:

• DONE — We deliver the initiative according to the deliverables established.
• DEVELOPMENT — We are working on doing research, creating a prototype, or developing a product or initiative.
• INVISION — Initiatives that we are studying and creating hypotheses and deliverables.
• HOLD — Initiatives that we start to prospect, but we are not to work on it actively.

What is the purpose?

Our radar is a visual tool used to track and evaluate the progress of emerging and existing technologies to develop initiatives. It provides a way to assess the potential impact and adoption of new initiatives, prioritize investments, and plan for future innovation. This helps organizations stay ahead of the curve in technological advancements and make informed decisions on initiatives, adoption, and investment.

How do we maintain it?

Our team maintains the radar, and all the STO of our initiative has the responsibility to update their initiatives.
